Management

The multi-disciplinary approach of MEDIAMAP requires a project structure and management mechanisms suitable for exchange and efficient running of the project. The key job of the project management is to provide a framework for dialogue and communication between the partners and to ensure that results are obtained.

The function of the project management is to perform the following:

  • To ensure adequate communication between the partners to ensure all are motivated and support each other in the execution of the work to bring it to full completion on time and within budget.
  • To provide an access point for interested parties outside the consortium who may be interested in the project and its content.
  • To facilitate and impulse a sustainable exploitation of the results.

Management reporting within the consortium will be based on a monthly report to capture resource expenditure, progress against plan and dissemination activities. A complete overview of the work progress will be done by the project administrator.
